  • Beauty Studio products once opened or used
  • Hair Studio products once opened or used
  • Nail Studio products once opened or used
  • Clothing Studio items that have been worn, washed, altered, or without original condition
  • Sale, promotional, clearance, or discounted items
  • Gift items unless damaged during delivery

3. Color & Product Variations

We make every effort to display products accurately.

However:

  • Handmade and creative products may have minor differences in appearance, texture, or finishing.

These variations are not considered defects.

4. Return Approval Process

Once your request is reviewed:
